Safety is our main priority, and we take a multi-tiered approach to make sure the only thing you need to worry about is having fun (and doing that very last climb up the silks).

Safety starts in the ceiling, all of our rigging points have been fabricated, installed, and certified by a Berlin engineering firm. This custom made, steel truss system has been designed specifically for the unique load requirements needed to train and perform aerials. Because you’re only as strong as your weakest link, we only use rigging equipment (shackles, carabiners, swivels, ropes, etc) from reputable sources and are inspected frequently and replaced when needed.

Our aerial classes have three sections, warm up, training on the apparatus, and conditioning/stretching to end. This structure allows your body to adapt and excel to the new challenges that aerial fitness presents. Because aerial fitness is so unique these three different, yet equally important sections create a safe and fun environment in which you can push your body and mind to new heights.

Last but certainly not least, our instructors are all seasoned professionals, both in performing and in teaching. With their knowledge and experience, they will guide you to help create a fitter, more flexible you! They are used to working with students of all ages, sizes, and abilities, and can help you progress and work up to the more challenging moves.
