FOUNDATION

Aerial Silk Intro

Prerequisites: Min. 2+ years aerial experience. Should be comfortable with French Climb, Russian Climb, Footknot figures, Hip Key, Thigh Hitch, Straddle Inversions, Cross Back Straddle & Crochet Cross Back.

Keeva Treanor is founder of Fl’air Studios Berlin and one of the most experienced aerial educators in the German-speaking world. As a graduate of the prestigious École Nationale de Cirque in Montreal, she brings professional circus training into the world of aerial fitness.

Over eight years she has accumulated more than 12,000 teaching hours and trained numerous instructors who now teach across Europe. Her approach combines technical precision with genuine pedagogical empathy.

Frequently asked Questions

Do I need to be at an advanced level already? +
For the Foundation course you need at least 2 years of aerial experience and solid core movements. Not sure? Write to us – we're happy to assess your readiness together.
Does the course take place in English? +
Yes, the course is taught in English. You may however participate in German and complete your assessment in German.
What happens if I need to cancel? +
Up to 8 weeks before the course: full refund. Up to 4 weeks before: 50% refund. Up to 2 weeks before: no refund. You can transfer your spot to another person at any time.
What does a typical course day look like? +
The week is intensive: theory and practice alternate, with plenty of feedback rounds and small group work. On the last day you teach a real beginner class – the most exciting moment of the week.
What certification will I receive? +
You receive a Fl'air Studios Instructor Certificate – recognised within the European aerial community, documenting your level and training content.
How do I pay? +
Payment is processed securely via PayPal on our booking page. You will receive an invoice by email after successful payment. Instalment payments (up to 3) are available at the regular price.
  1. Spots are limited to 12 participants. First come, first served.
  2. To complete your reservation, full payment is required via PayPal on the payment page.
  3. Once payment has been received, participants will receive a welcome and confirmation email from Fl'air Studios.
  4. The fee is refundable if the booking is cancelled: 8 weeks before – 100% refund · 4 weeks before – 50% refund · 2 weeks before – 0% refund.
  5. If you need to cancel, you may transfer your booking to another person at any time.
  6. In the unlikely event that Fl'air Studios has to suspend, cancel or postpone the Teacher Training, paid fees can be transferred to a future date or refunded. Refunds do not include travel or hotel expenses.
  7. Fl'air Studios accepts no responsibility for cancellations caused by acts of God, war, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
  8. Fl'air Studios requires all trainees to have medical insurance for the duration of the Teacher Training.
  9. Fl'air Studios is not liable for any injury or illness that occurs to trainees during the Teacher Training.
  10. Photos and videos taken by trainees are for personal and learning use only. Sharing with third parties or for financial gain without permission from Fl'air Studios is strictly prohibited.
  11. Photos taken by Fl'air Studios may be used for promotional purposes. By booking, trainees give full permission for this.
  12. In case of failing the final assessment, no compensation of the booking fee is provided.
